Star of the show Graham Mackenzie with a 94, terrific effort...
Yeah, it was really nice to get some runs out there my first, sort of, test match in the Indian conditions, I've obviously played sub-continent conditions before, but it's, you know, to get some runs, disappointed not to get a hundred.
Graham, is it true that your cell ring tone says something like, and we came to know it from secret sources, that I'm, er, if you're a selector, I'm hard at work in the nets!
(laugh) A couple of years ago, there was just a bit of a joke, yeah, I've had it on my phone, but a few years back, yeah.
OK, what was the pitch like?
It was really nice, a bit more bounce than I expected, which was nice, you know, growing up on the south African desks you're used to that bounce so you can sort of leave a bit on length, er, yeah, so it went through quite nicely this morning.
You think there'll be enough wear and tear for your guys to exploit and get India into a bit of trouble?
Yeah, definitely, I think we've got some quality bowlers, or all our bowlers are quality and I think maybe we can exploit - if it does bounce up front with the new ball, we can exploit it with the bowlers that we've got.
What total are you looking at?
Anything over 450 (four fifty) four hundred, four fifty plus, yeah I think it would be really good, it think it all just depends on the next couple of batters I think if Hashim gets a big hundred, Aby and then obviously we've still got Bouch in the hut so it'll be hard work tomorrow in the morning again and then set up the store again.
Good that you're carrying your good form into a series like this, this is
a huge series, South Africa-India...
Yeah, definitely, I think on a personal note I'm just playing each day - lovely- playing each day as it comes, you know, each tour, each er... playing it as if it's my last, and really enjoying it and hopefully contributing as much as I can.
Enjoyed your knock today, all the best for the rest of the series.
Thank you very much.

What a great idea, I have been wanting to warn job seekers about Findata Financial Services, also known as Finsolnet. Findata makes allot of promises, and never ever delivers. They try to keep you in the company by promising more responsibility, higher pay, funny and pyramid type commission structures (you pull on the short end) and client service means nothing for them, taking client money without providing service they do that gladly. Please job seekers, stay away from Findata financial services.
